LTEPTL Ministries has a vibrant and active Children Ministry. Designed and Guided by Proverbs 22:6, which says, “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”
Our mission is to provide children with a strong biblical foundation and a clear understanding of Christian values and principles that will guide them throughout their lives.
The primary aim of our Sunday School Ministry is to nurture children spiritually, morally, and socially by teaching them the Word of God in a structured, engaging, and age-appropriate manner.
Through sound biblical teaching, we seek to help children:
- Appreciate the importance and relevance of God’s Word in their everyday lives.
- Understand how all Scripture points to Jesus Christ, His redemptive work, and His promised return.
- Develop a biblical understanding of the world around them and learn how to navigate life’s challenges through faith.
- Discover their God-given purpose and potential.
- Learn the importance of respecting, honouring, and obeying their parents, guardians, teachers, and elders.
- Recognise their value and significance within their families, communities, and the wider world.
- Build a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and grow in their faith from an early age.
Our Sunday School programme incorporates a variety of interactive and engaging learning activities designed to make biblical truths both understandable and memorable. These include:
- Interactive Bible lessons that encourage active participation through questions, discussions, and the sharing of ideas and opinions on biblical themes and life issues.
- Scripture memorisation to help children learn, understand, and apply God’s Word in their daily lives.
- Learning Christian songs, worship, and praise, while developing an understanding of what it means to live as true worshippers of God.
- Bible-based films and educational resources that bring biblical stories and teachings to life.
- Practical lessons that encourage Christian character, kindness, integrity, and godly living.
- Fun activities, games, and creative projects that reinforce biblical teachings in an enjoyable and memorable way.
The Children’s Sunday School operates during the main church service, allowing parents and guardians to participate fully in worship and the preaching of God’s Word, while their children receive age-appropriate biblical instruction and spiritual guidance.
Children are taught in a loving, safe, peaceful, and nurturing environment where they are encouraged to learn, grow, and develop meaningful friendships with other children who share the same Christian values and beliefs. We are committed to helping every child feel welcomed, valued, and loved as they grow in their knowledge of God and His purpose for their lives.
In addition to spiritual development, we provide opportunities for children to discover and express their God-given talents and abilities. Through special presentations, creative activities, and ministry involvement, they are encouraged to build confidence, develop their gifts, and use them to glorify God.

Therefore, we are committed to investing in their spiritual growth, equipping them with biblical truth, and helping them become faithful disciples of Christ who will positively impact their generation and the world for God’s glory.
